About Engred

A careful listener, I guide individuals and businesses to meet a variety of their legal needs.  I drive results by engaging with my clients to understand their needs and goals.  I represent closely held business and corporate clients at all stages, acting variously as an adviser, negotiator and advocate.  Assisting owners in buying or selling businesses is also a part of my practice. I work with individuals to create estate plans and to efficiently administer trusts and estates.  Additionally, I work with clients in the acquisition, financing, sale and leasing of real estate. 

Prior to forming Armstrong Chai with Chelsea Armstrong, I worked as an attorney at Brownstein Rask.  I earned a B.S. from Oregon State University (Go Beavs!) and a J.D. from the Northwestern School of Law of Lewis & Clark College.
